North York General Hospital (NYGH) is a multi-site hospital in north Toronto. See below for directions and parking to the General site, (main hospital), Branson Ambulatory Care Centre, Seniors' Health Centre and Reactivation Care Centre.

General site

Get to the General site by car
From the 401:
• Get off at the Leslie St. exit and drive north on Leslie. The hospital is on the right just before Sheppard Avenue.
From the Don Valley Parkway (DVP):
• Get off at the Sheppard Avenue exit and drive west along Sheppard. • Turn south on Leslie and stay in the right lane. • Turn right on Esther Shiner Boulevard (first right after Sheppard) • Make a quick right turn and continue across the bridge to NYGH. • For the Visitors’ Parking, turn right and follow the signs.
Driving from north to south:
• Head south on Leslie Street, past Sheppard Avenue East, keeping in the right lane. • Turn right on Esther Shiner Boulevard (first right after Sheppard). • Make a quick right turn and continue across the bridge to NYGH. • For the Visitors’ Parking, turn right and follow the signs.
Driving from south to north:
• Head north on Leslie Street, past Highway 401. • The hospital is on the right just before Sheppard Avenue.
Parking at the General site
Take a ticket as you enter the Visitors' Parking. Once you are ready to leave North York General Hospital go to Auto Pay machine located at the front of the Visitors' Parking garage to pay. The Parking Office is located outside the Main entrance of the Visitor Parking. Please do not park at the main entrance as it is a fire route and must be kept clear.

Parking passes All passes have unlimited in/out privileges during a 24-hour period. Passes are transferable between patients and caregivers (one vehicle in the garage at a time). Passes are valid for one year from the date/time printed on the ticket.
