After completing the tool, patients can take a picture or print their form and show to our screeners at the entrance. Click here to access the pre-screening tool.
The Outpatient Pharmacy is open. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
