Seniors' Health Centre Visitor Guidelines
Family members may visit their loved ones under the guidance of safety measures put in place to protect the health of residents and staff. Please read the information below carefully:
- As of October 20, 2022, general visitors and essential caregivers must continue to wear a mask and face shield during indoor visits.
- Vaccination is not required for children aged five (5) and younger, however, general visitors five (5) years and older must have received at least two (2) doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
- The number of visitors per resident at one time can remains four (4).
- Overnight social Absences expand to all residents, regardless of vaccination status.
Our updated guidelines have been implemented, in consultation with our Medical Director and Toronto Public Health, to ensure we continue to follow safety practices in our long-term care setting, and to safely reunite residents and loved ones.
