All materials published or otherwise accessible through the North York General Hospital (“NYGH”) North York Navigator, including but not limited to articles, opinions, text, photographs, images, illustrations, and other materials (the “Content”) are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by NYGH or used by NYGH with permission. The compilation of all Content on the North York Navigator is the exclusive property of NYGH. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices and restrictions contained in any Content.
Limited Licence to Use Content
You are granted a limited licence to use (display or print) the Content for personal non-commercial use only, provided that the Content is not modified and all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained. Reproduction, dissemination or republication of any of the Content is not permitted without the prior written consent of NYGH. Certain words, phrases, names, designs or logos used on the North York Navigator, including but not limited to,North York General Hospital, North York General Hospital Foundation, North York Toronto Health Partners, Branson Ambulatory Care Centre, Seniors’ Health Centre, Phillips House, Reactivation Centre, Wellness and Assessment Centre, NYGH Outpatient and Community Services Centre, NYGH Minor Surgical Procedures and Elder Care Centre are trademarks or trade names of NYGH or third parties. Nothing contained on the North York Navigator should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademarks or trade names displayed on the North York Navigator without NYGH’S written permission or the written permission of the third party that may own them.

- Any request by you to purchase a Product is deemed to be an offer only, and all offers are subject to acceptance by us. Title to a Product does not pass to you until we have received in full the Product’s purchase price plus all applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees. Except as expressly stated on this North York Navigator, the Products are available for sale only to residents of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Governing Law
The laws in effect in the Province of Ontario govern this agreement and any dispute or claim based on your use of the North York Navigator or the Content. You acknowledge and agree that any action or proceeding related to this agreement or your use of the North York Navigator will only be brought by you in the courts of the Province of Ontario. The North York Navigator is intended for use only by residents of Ontario, Canada.
