Concerned about cough, cold and flu-like symptoms including earaches, sore throats, congestion and fever? Want to see a NYGH physician?
When you come to the clinic you will be seen by an NYGH physician or nurse who can provide medications or prescriptions if needed. The Clinic can also do certain types of tests including COVID-19 PCR testing for those who are eligible.
Infants over 3 months, children and adults are welcome!

People with severe symptoms such as chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, altered state of consciousness, and confusion should call 9-1-1 or go to their nearest Emergency Department.

Remote Patient Monitoring (for those with COVID-19)
North York General Hospital's virtual Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program is aimed at protecting patients and preventing hospital readmissions through remote monitoring. The NYGH-North York Toronto Health Partners (NYTHP) CareConnect program utilizes a remote patient monitoring app, which helps monitor COVID-19 positive patients who are aged 12 and older.

- COVID-19 testing is not available.
