Stroke Prevention Clinic

The key focus of the Stroke Prevention Clinic is secondary stroke prevention and health promotion.

The clinic addresses risks to the vascular (circulatory) system and provides early intervention and education to patients. The clinic is run by physicians and a nurse practitioner who specialize in stroke care.

Our goal is to manage the growing incidence of stroke in the community by improving the patient’s quality of life through education, treatment and support.

At this time referrals are accepted only from the emergency department.
